Just signed up for my second half-marathon! Wooo!
Training plan has me starting on 9/18/2011, race day is 3/17/2012.
Planning to start getting to the gym tomorrow since the back feels good :)
Time to beat 2:31 from the VA Beach Half in August 2010.
