Pardon my French but,

DAMN that EMERGENCY STOP!! I hit it again!!

Despite hitting the stop, I was still able to see where I was at when the machine stopped.  I was running at a pace of 5.3 mph with a 0.5 incline.  Calories was 110 and distance was 0.86 mile.

I decided I would try and run intervals tonight.  I know I should have done short intervals but I went for running 10 minutes then walking 10 minutes.  When I walked I walked at a 8.0 incline and at a rate of 4.2/4.3 mph.

Total workout 4.86 miles and 700 calories burned.
